Right. Your article specifically said that they were hoping/expecting that it wouldn't become pay to win, because rarity would not necessarily equal power level, but there's no disputing that they do *not* intend to make it even playable without putting in money.

I’m guessing it’s going to be like hearthstone where it’s in beta for a year. Hearthstone didn’t have anything other than casual at the start of their beta.
