It depends how cheap making decks are right? Like Valve can always dictate how the marketplace behaves. But I don’t think this game is going to be as cheap as some people believe. For someone like you that spent a billion dollars at boomsday launch Artifact is going to be cheaper

The only way this ends up being cheaper is if the game bombs and no one plays it. Though given the design decisions they’re making, that could happen.

Having played other games with marketplaces like this the cost of the game really comes down to how well you can work the marketplace. Pokémon Tcg online is cheaper than hearthstone for me and that has a worse marketplace than Artifact has set up imo

They had an interview with IGN where they said their idea of short prints for cards would be like world championship winner signed cards or stuff like hearthstone gold cards where you can still buy a base model of that card
