Ok so tbf this same stuff is in schools in Canada. Knowing what to do in a lockdown situation should be something that everyone knows. I’ve had lockdown drills every month when I was in school even though there wasn’t really a threat of a school shooting or anything

we had occasional stuff like fire drills and bomb drills but something like this is completely new and crazy to me

Yeah there was two different drills. Lockdowns for if there was a bad guy in the school or like a rabid dog or something and then there was secure school which was a calmer form of a lockdown where you just couldn’t leave the class in case an ambulance or something had to arrive
