Yesterday, conducted its annual #PointinTimeCount of #HoCoMD homeless population. Completing this annual count helps ID our most vulnerable residents, develop a supportive network & ultimately help them attain permanent housing to live safer & healthier lives.

While trains for this, the department is reminding #HoCoMD to NEVER venture onto frozen water as there is no such thing as safe ice (except maybe on the rink). Even if the ice appears thick from the bank, it can become thinner very quickly. facebook.com/hocogov/posts/
