    Maybe the Democrats’ new voting app didn’t malfunction. Hillary’s team built it. Hillary’s campaign manager checked it. Mitt Romney’s campaign manager checked it. Facebook gave it money. Buttigieg gave it money. Harvard was involved. Maybe the app worked just fine.

    There are no "indications." There are not even any results. The only "shock" is that the is incapable of promptly counting a couple hundred thousand votes--and that you, apparently, are just another embellishing, self-serving, misrepresenting politician.
