I'm still not getting all notifications when people comment on my videos and my latest video which went up this morning is supposed to be watchable in 4k but is only offering 360p? :-(

Videos with higher resolutions may take a while to be processed to higher video playback quality after being uploaded(like 4K in your case). If you prefer to wait, you can upload the video as unlisted and publish it once 4K is available. Hope this clarifies. (2/2)

I uploaded it yesterday lunchtime and scheduled it for 0630this morning, it has been up for a day and was still only 360p. I've deleted it now aas it was unwatchable at such low quality. Ty for the response though.
