There are some laws that arent relevant anymore (ceremonial and civil laws) after Christ's resurrection...but there are some that we should follow to please God, like the 10 commandments and other (moral law). Romans 14:5 says, "Each one should be fully convinced in his own mind." The applicability of the OT law in the life of a Christian has always related to its usefulness in loving God and others. If someone feels observing the Sabbath aids him in this, he is free to observe it
