Agreement until the magazine part. The only thing limiting the max capacity in a magazine is doing is making it so the user has to reload more often. More of an annoyance than a roadblock.

It's not a mental health issue. I've suffered and I know so many others who have - none of us have become that violent and hate filled. It's insulting when people use it as an excuse.
