    Our officers have managed to move the car to the hard shoulder. All 4 lanes are now open past the scene and delays are beginning to ease on the anti-clockwise J11-J10.

    Our officers are now on scene. The vehicle can't be dragged due to substantial damage. Recovery is being arranged to come and remove the vehicle ASAP. 2 lanes (of 4) remain closed J11-J10 anti-clockwise. Slow traffic from J11 and approx 20 min delay.
