The dude couldn't get legitimate funding any more because of his bogus antivaccine "research." So he sucked on the teat of the antivaccine Dwoskin family for a while. When that dried up, he tried @gofundme. Now that's gone. That's what happens to scientists who go antivax. Good.https://twitter.com/skepticalraptor/status/1114987154709434368 …

I agree it would be great to have an open debate, but if someone is wrong - a confrontation is the last thing that person would want.

I’ll debate you. We have something in common, actually. Like you, I’m an utter and complete non-expert in vaccines. If we both establish that neither of us is qualified to debate, then I’ll be happy to do it.

Why would anyone debate you? You’re a crank, not a scientist.

Losing? I'm pretty sure the "side" where people are getting measles are the losers, not sure by what metric you've managed to convince yourself that

What exactly does "debating" mean to you? Vaccines are not about opinion any more than global warming is --- opinions do not enjoy the same privilege as fact. There's a reason why the **overwhelming majority** of health scientists understand that vaccines work and must be done.

Why would a medical doctor want to 'debate' with a movie director about a subject of which you seem to know little or no actual facts and statistics? That besides the gall of trying to compare yourself to persecuted jews during WW2 of course, that's just sick...

Vaccine usage isn't a matter of opinion, but of facts. Facts aren't really suitable for debate.

How about you publish some excellent, research in reputable journals proving your point of view? That's how science is established; it is not done in "debates." Sheesh.
