Stocks have been trading after 4PM during earning announcements for many years, 24X will do the same process. The real issue is that stocks are trading overseas by exchanges, brokers, crypto firms with no SEC or Finra surveillance. 24X will fix it by bringing those trades to US.
Let’s say 24X gets approved for 24/7 trading in the US. My guess is the legacy exchanges would adjust their hours to match. Now everyone’s trading 24/7. What would 24X’s differentiator be then?
