      moving GME to 100% isn't the same thing as implementing PCO. The timeline seems to suggest that the PCO was implemented the following day in response to prevent increasing the clearinghouse equity requirement. I think that suggestion in your article is a bit of a stretch

      What are you saying exactly? I think Swartwout trading AMC around the PCO decision should not be legal and probably is not legal. Do you disagree?
