CME offered .75 share per 1 CBOE share CME price of $198 * 0.75 = $149, ~10% above where CBOE trades right now am I doing that wrong?

I’ve covered these deals for years and broken a few big scoops that went on to be real acquisitions. Companies involved never come out on the record to deny like CME did. that’s an enormous red flag.
