      4/ I get that $ICE is far from a pure-play, but I think its Mortgage Technology segment is mostly overlooked by Wall St. Love its strategy of combining these assets to equip traditional mortgage brokers w/ digital tools.

      I agree with your points & am long $ICE but the exchange paid top $ for these assets & has to outperform expectations for market to be happy. Mgmt says they can double the business in 10 yrs, but TAM is much higher than that. Which one’s wrong, the TAM or the guidance?
