Correlation is good BUT the biggest issue is the indices against which investment mandates are mapped to. Plus the splitting of liquidity can hurt end users in terms of slippage.

I think the market is correctly estimating that this launch will be difficult to make successful. Plenty of other exchanges have tried & failed to do what CBOE's doing in Europe, too much fragmentation & not enough willingness to change.
