Is it me or does the London Stock Exchange $LSEG, Refinitiv deal just looks like a career GS banker doing what he does best, i.e. deal making?
Am i the only one struggling to see why LSE needs to own Refinitiv?

You're not the only one. Refinitiv looked like a good deal at first but LSE's targets were too aggressive.
