Less features on pro- no staking, no earn, no referral bonus
was going to say you're comparing maker vs. taker fee, but CB Pro has 0.5% for both (up to 10k). simple reason might be retail hodlers don't care about fees, and CB Pro is competing with other exchanges (for professionals who do and would complain)

Don’t understand it at all, but having made the switch the Pro phone app is pretty clunky in comparison
Other parts of the world don't allow for direct deposits into CB pro (like in canada) so I'm forced to eat Coinbase normal fees and a 1500 weekly limit unless I'm an institution. In the US it's simple enough to pay .5% instead of 3.84%
Because fleecing unsuspecting retail investors has been a tried and true moneymaker for centuries.
