I voted Yes, but i think the agency power of these funds is getting too big. Fund investors need to be brought into the voting process somehow - the power should lie with them, not consolidated with BlackRock and Vanguard.

Right, I would say it is a NO unless+until the power flows through to the actual owner of the ETF shares, at which point my vote would become YES.
