Making some eyeball assumptions, assume average
$NDAQ price of $80, 1mm shares/year, 8 lumps from 2013 - 2020 -- makes $640mm. So cost could be $750mm cash + $640mm paid stock + $860mm stock to pay = $2.25B.

not sure it's right -- check the math. i imagine the purchase agreement is in an 8-K somewhere. lesson here: be careful taking the other side against howard lutnick.

has to be one of the worst deals of all time. Their total cost is ~100x today's 23M revenue.
