      Why not $CBOE here? Little higher relative debt from a glance but much much cheaper & VIX ownership is a moat and a half (no other vol index product can touch it)

      $CBOE is a formidable business but has real competition in their mainstay options business -- $CME is a virtual monopoly in many product lines and much more diversified in addition to being a commodity/rates inflation hedge.
