        Correct - that was the attempted message with this graphic. Apple 2025 bonds are a different instrument from Apple 2060 bonds with different buyers & sellers, making the markets harder to trade throughout the day.

        The key improvement in my mind is the ability to do portfolio trading electronically. A corporate bond ETF that needs to buy/sell 300 different bonds to track an index can use $MKTX and $TW to execute the trade all at once cheaply.
