My position is trimmed, not sold. But I attribute that to a lack of new ideas and an aversion to the tax man, rather than confidence in the transaction.

I wouldn't say deeply. But I've evaluated it a handful of times over the years, seen it used at one of my workplaces. Are you a fan of the deal, long SPGI?
