CBOE is the cheapest of the exchange field but also the worst performer this year because of poor VIX and multi-listed options volumes. Short term the market is waiting to see how they fend off MEMX in equities and how the VIX business recovers.
They do seem like a potential M&A target as they're relatively small and have a lot of exposure to macro trading volumes.
Risks to $CBOE come from failure in their Europe expansion and more SEC pressure on data pricing.

Thanks for your resp.! Sounds counterintuitive that as vola has gone up, they have underperformed. Seems like a good opp in my opinion in fact there´s been insider purchasing by 2 directors, but who knows...also noticed GS downgraded to Sell on those concerns u mention. Regards
