Hi, isnt CBOE the cheapest stock among its peers? Which are the main factors driving its performance apart from VIX related things? Do you see any other potential disruption? I think It should be an appealing M&A target both by valuation and size. Thank you very much!

CBOE is the cheapest of the exchange field but also the worst performer this year because of poor VIX and multi-listed options volumes. Short term the market is waiting to see how they fend off MEMX in equities and how the VIX business recovers.
