Looks to me like the growth is sub dollar stocks. More likely it’s the change to sub-dollar price that also came in December 1. What does the chart look like in notional terms?

That is really interesting. Yes looks like a real focus on small value stocks. That said, these are nms stocks so its not like they lit up bulletin board stocks. But yes focus on sub penny/low value names. Good chart
