Looks like the opposite of what we saw before this “value rotation” I.e. rockstars like MKTX falling behind & laggards like CBOE/CME making it up

Agreed - I'm not sure that it holds unless we really do re-open earlier than expected and fundamentals start to matter again vs. stimulus hopes.
