DB1 will do to the European investment funds services market what ICE is doing to the US mortgage market.
My initial take on ICE-Ellie Mae deal: ① It looks like ICE overpaid for an asset once again, but w/low rates, does it matter? ② Will market now care about mortgage growth more than data growth? ③ ICE always beats their synergy targets, i expect no different here.
