This is true, and it is a positive as it shows progress on longer-term investments. They announced the deal late last year so I think this is mostly priced into the stock until they actually start building the exchange out and we see market adoption.

Any idea of the amount of business that the 6 indexes options & futures launches could represent?

Good question - I think initially nothing that would help EPS (years 1-2), but longer term they could take business from Euronext & Eurex (owned by Deutsche Boerse) if they truly do provide a differentiating product, which could be big (Eurex does ~1 B EUR per year in revenue)
