Read ur piece thanks for sharing. Question: you say debt issuance is too hot which makes you think they will beat estimates. Then you go on to say that analysts agree with you. So why wouldn't their estimates embody this positive hot outlook?

Good question - my main thesis revolves around guidance, particularly for 2H 2020. $MCO issued downbeat guidance for 2H 2020 and while some analysts are skeptical, on average estimates came down in response.
