Why do you think the exchanges are doing so well today?
1st day of the quarter could be causing some general rebalancing, I think also with it being the end of the month analysts are incorporating completed Q2 trading volumes into their updated views pre-earnings. Other than that, not 100% sure

This is true, and it is a positive as it shows progress on longer-term investments. They announced the deal late last year so I think this is mostly priced into the stock until they actually start building the exchange out and we see market adoption.
