For $CME its weak trading volumes which can be tracked daily on their website. Interest rate volumes (their largest product group) have been weak with the Fed signaling 0 interest rates for the foreseeable future. A flat yield curve means no one wants to hedge

$CME is starting to look interesting in the 150s -
I agree for a longer-term hold, not a quick trade as the stock may languish for a while if rates volatility doesn't pick up
