We did a lot of research in preparation for this release so please be sure to the read the article! This version of the game has a very bizarre history to it, which is very significant to Sega and Capcom. Enjoy and have a burger. 
Forgot to mention, we were able to identify a possible developer to this game by searching the art decompression routines across the entire Mega Drive set. We were also able to identify the cancelled Ninja Gaiden Mega Drive prototype to Opera House as well. Details in the article
