They aren't too bright, they have no clue what they are doing, they haven't for years it seems. They should never let just anyone monetize is the first place, they got greedy and it backfired.
What they should've done, was like what vidme tried to do to compete, limit bandwidth uploads etc etc per person unless they pay.. and then pay back some function of the ad revenue they don't need...
