You are rationalizing it…pretty much saying you agree with it. There is no rationalization for what he did. Stealing is stealing no matter what the reason. Not resorting to conflict does not make the situation any less wrong.

I'm not talking about what's morally right or wrong, I'm talking about law. Rule of law has to prevail or else right or wrong mean nothing. What this person did legally speaking, wasn't strong armed robbery. It was most likely grand theft and could be coupled with other charges

Like conspiracy to commit theft, seeing as the subject entered the store with no intent to purchase anything, with tools he brought in to commit the theft with (bike, bag).

Ok so what was the point of your comment if it wasn’t to defend the man’s theft? To point out the obvious? I don’t think any of us needed an explanation on the technical aspects of the act. Sounds to me like you are backpedaling.

He actually agrees to the theft. He just doesn’t want to admit it coz… he’s woke and a snowflake.

OF COURSE HE IS!
Either that or he just wants to spout his knowledge just foe shots and giggles. You and I, and anyone with a brain cell knows it’s the former.4 replies 0 retweets 1 like -

??
@thebiggieching's just citing whatever technicalities there are around calling it strongarm robbery. He's fine; I don't see any apologizing for nefarious acts here.1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I think the intent WAS to rationalize why the theft was not serious enough to hold the thief accountable. I could’ve been wrong, but usually when someone blocks someone it’s because they don’t like the perception of the comments-striking a nerve if you will.

1. I didn't see @thebiggieching rationalize theft.
2. I saw you guys go after him, impugning his motives.
I don't understand: He said the crime didn't fit the criteria for strongarm...and that's fine, right? Read what he posted again, maybe, but it makes sense to me...
