New episode of Cambridge ZooCast! I interviewed fellow grad student Nathan about the wonderful and oft neglected world of fungi 🍄 definitely check it out - Nathan is as funny as he is passionate about fungi! Kudos to and the rest of the team 🙌

My partner is a nurse, and I can't agree more: 'We talk about why things have got to this, and chances are they will say something along the lines of: “They wouldn’t treat other professions this badly.”' It's true: nurses are mistreated and underpaid.

But the pilot absolutely nailed the landing - hardly a bump! So I'd like to praise the pilot and the cabin crew for this flight. Thank you for getting me back safely 🙏 Please pass on my gratitude if you can!

I know I've often complained about , but today I'd like to praise their crew. I flew on FR8348, Porto to London Stansted, 18:05 flight. The weather upon our approach to Stansted was atrocious - high wind and rain. I couldn't see anything out of my window.

Multiple arthropods were observed during the timelapse, including a cockroach, a dipteran, and a slug! Ants can be seen zipping around in the footage; Coryanthes are known to form mutualistic relationships with ants.
