Today we announced that we’re bolstering the unit responsible for protecting investors in crypto markets & from cyber-related threats. The newly renamed Crypto Assets & Cyber Unit in the Division of Enforcement will grow to 50 dedicated positions.

Its telling how they phrased the tweet as protecting investors in crypto markets & from cyber-related threats.
They COULD have said protecting investors from fraud in crypto markets, but didn't, as they are focused on procedural issues NOT investor protection from harm.
