Ok I see your point but please here me out on the issue. We're talking about a history of censorship as well, because others have been discriminated against based on what their FOLLOWERS have done. It seems easy to band-aid all the bad people off & by using guilt by association.

Another thing. The law states that YouTube is legally permitted to do this. If YouTube wanted to, or any private forum like FaceBook, Twitter, etc, can legally pass a rule that only left handed people can post. Legally permitted to discriminate if a site wants to.

The reverse is true. Any site is legally permitted to not 'police' their sight at all. So it's the choice of the site on the path they want to take. that's the law.
