    If it's a choice between 140 characters and flying cars, I think 140 (now 280) characters was the right one to get. Interesting in the context of new cities: in some ways, Twitter lets you convene your own city.

    Inexplicit: You can think you know a certain rule of grammar, and then hear a sentence that obeys that rule as stated, yet that sentence is grammatically incorrect, and you know that, but you don't know why it is. You know the rule inexplicitly (not in words) but not explicitly.
