    Xavier Becerra’s hearing today showed once again why he is the wrong nominee at the wrong time to lead HHS. If confirmed, Becerra’s priorities as secretary would be socialist health care, promoting the abortion industry, and keeping our schools shut down. Senators must vote NO.

    Xavier Becerra’s record clearly shows he has no respect for Americans’ religious freedom. Becerra targeted the Little Sisters of the Poor, an organization that exists to care for the elderly poor, over their religious objection to Obamacare’s contraception mandate.
