What made you feel like you needed to share this under this post ? lol but thank you for outlining some form of racism in Auburn that was not ask for . This is racist I agree, along with many things in auburn but this isn’t related to the ASU graduation/football jokes.

What they did isn't simple joking. They're mocking the struggles of that school and other HBCUs which often suffer problems with retention due to a lack of resources amongst the students and their families; often leading students to drop out. NOTHING about this is funny.

They simply googled ASU and seen their graduation rate lmao and stop making this a HBCU vs PWI thing. It’s hbcus with great graduation rates so that logic is flaw. SEC teams do this all the time in football and so do hbcus. This is only a problem because it’s a PWI, am I wrong?

I didn't say it was "all HBCUs". I'm not making it HBCU vs. PWI, because that's what it already is. There's often been a suggestion that HBCUs aren't capable of providing a quality education (see: G.E.D >ASU degree) or that they're inferior to PWIs. This is an extension of that.

Let’s be real here. Only people offended by these banners are people that hold insecurities due to the stereotypical idea of hbcus that you just listed. Although, in this case the facts are post there. Of coups we know that a GED isn’t greater than a degree but it’s not racist.
