Hey @TeamYouTube here's an idea. Why not have the real-time subscriber count reflect the highest subscriber count that channel ever obtained in real-time. That way, if it goes down, the cancel culture mob can't use it as a means to see their "downfall".

That's hardly an issue. Plus, even if there are thousands of them, I would wager that 95%+ of them get like 10 viewers at most, which would mean over it's entire lifetime, the stream would make like under a dollar lol.

I don't disagree, though I can't imagine it's good for YT's servers to have all of those month long streams active at once. Oh and just to be clear, I think this whole thing is stupid because those streams are fun, I'm just trying to see it from their perspective.

Highkey though nothing wrong with this idea. Even when the pewdiepie tseries livestreams were up one of them was pretty much endorsed and used by pewdiepie and even happy that they were using bitch lasagna and congratulations for their music choice.
