Nobody said it was implemented. Andy didn't. He only said they've reach capacity. His tweet is right up there
And the hospital didn't deny this was official policy.
They just haven't actually had to do it…yet.

@HenryFordNews responded saying this is a policy they did indeed create, they just haven't implemented it (yet). This policy is coming if people don't fight it... Not just to#HenryFord but to hospitals all over the country. It's being discussed in Washington state too.

Because every country in the world is scrambling for ventilators. GM and Ford, and other companies have started making them but it takes time. Nobody just has a million ventilators just laying around for everyone to buy. Be reasonable.
