That is no longer true. It was true for a while because there's a lag time between HPV infection and cervical cancer, but the vaccine has been around long enough that cervical cancer rates are dropping in countries with high uptake.

You know how many vaccinated women in my country’s gotten cervical cancer? Zero. Might be a coincidence of course. You have a few years to come up with an excuse for the rapid drop in cancer rates among the vaccinated cohorts. Hygiene? Fridges? Aliens? What will it be?
