As I'm sitting here,I know that vaccine does not prevent transmission,I don't understand the why this lady has to go as far as telling us the qualifications to prove no point.

A "false dichotomy" is a logical fallacy where a situation is presented as being either A or B, but nothing in between. While vaccines may not PREVENT transmission, they do substantially REDUCE transmission. Restrictions are worth debating, but NOT on the basis of false logic.
