Actual fraud (impersonating someone else or voting for a dead person) is on the order of 0.001% of all ballots perhaps it's higher than that, because they don't catch everyone. Let's say 5x higher. So it's 0.005%

Can't help wondering if there is any discernible political bias in the in the 9.6% of the mail-in ballots that were rejected as invalid.

The most common reason for rejection was signature mismatch, and the N.J. legislature has a bill moving thru to help redress the common issues. What these rejects aren’t are examples of widespread fraud.
