        True, and funny... but how many people buy Fords because of Crazy Henry? I don't have hard data on this, but I'm quite certain that a significant percentage of Tesla buyers make that decision based at least in part on Musk's image. Ford, not so much.

        Also, I have tried and tried to suss out some kind of coherent ideology underlying "Muskism" and it just doesn't exist. He's no more right-wing now than he was "socialist" when he claimed to be socialist a year or so ago.
