Well done to you both. Herculean effort to put all this together. What an effort also from Aaron to corral all of us in to providing the information. Great job. Hope it's a success

But going back to this slide, if hormones are supposed to account for female / male differences in prevalence then I would expect a different age distribution... 4/4

But when you look at the heterogeneity of data, it makes you realise how much we probably still don't know. Either it's real or the data penetrance is variable 3/4

So much good work from the Robbins' lab showing how iron status can modulate acute responses to hypoxia, however we're still a way off understanding how to manipulate the iron axis for the better in

Potentially good news for PAH patients. Although I take issue with "rebalancing BMPR2 signalling" as a mechanism of action. Acceleron Announces Sotatercept Achieved Primary and Secondary Endpoints in the PULSAR Ph2 Trial in PAH.

Great news for patients. Positive results for Sotatercept phase 2 trial. Can't wait to see more granular data and any responder analysis. This could be a game changer for some....

Looking for a CPET course this year? You've got some basic knowledge and are looking for something a little more advanced? Want to know what all those charts and numbers mean in relation to pathophysiology? Then this is the course for you 👍

Very stressful start to the day. But things got much better. My heart rate variability was 52 and improved to 61. Still a way off my most relaxed of 67 but it is interesting how stress carries over (apparently) to your HRV even when its gone. Is it better than plain heart rate?

My heart rate variability score is 67 using guided breathing. What's yours? Then we can really figure out what all this means!

Thanks for coming on the programme. Fascinated by the brain v body chat. The second sibling being better in sport debate hasn’t gone down well with my sisters!

I blame my parents for having me first. Would've been triple Olympic champion if only I'd had an older sibling. Can I sue?

At 1.30.30 in this program, talks about how one needs to consider the brain like a muscle which you need to train if you want to progress in sport. Also an interesting observation about the performance of first and second-born offspring!
