I were to guess, probably later in his life (early 30’s), not that he lived that long anyways, but years of campaigning would take its toll

Contrary to popular belief, he was never much of a pretty boy. He was described as being shorter and stocky rather than graceful, and almost assuredly would have been an absolute unit if he was training nonstop in the art of war.
