I live in Spokane. This is not a cluster. We have 1 of 10 hospitals in the nation that has a specialized quarantine unit that has it's own ventilation system. They are sending us 1/3 of the nation's confirmed cases.

@WHO, quit tip-toeing around! The world's most vulnerable are depending on you! They have the most to lose. If China is obfuscating, then disclose it publicly. How are countries, businesses, people, etc. supposed to prepare if we are not getting reliable data?! -
