1. More bad news in DRC's #Ebola outbreak. There was a case reported Saturday at Musienene.
Musienene had gone 131 days — more than a third of a year — without a case.

2. The second #Ebola case reported Saturday was at Beni, another place that has repeatedly stopped transmission only to have it resume with introductions. See also: Butembo, Katwa, Biena, Kalunguta, Mambasa. Heartbreaking stuff.

3. The Musienene case is a young boy whose older brother died from it. Family fled from Aloya — the major hotspot right now — twice, ending up with relatives in Musienene. I understand the instinct; it must be terrifying. But this is how Ebola spreads.
